Englemere DFAS is a member of NADFAS (the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies) the leading arts charity established for furthering knowledge and appreciation of the arts.

  • Based in ASCOT, Berkshire with a thriving and lively membership of 200+.
  • Monthly lecture meetings held on the second Tuesday evening of each month (except August and December).
  • Regular visits to stately homes, museums, exhibitions. In addition an annual guided tour in the UK or abroad.
  • The Lecturers are approved by NADFAS and are of high quality and are experts in their own field.

Annie Gray is a leading food historian who works as a consultant for organisations such as the National Trust and Historic Royal Palaces.  She will explore the history of ices which have been part of the British diet for at least 400 years.
